Government Records Search with Risk Assessment (GRSRA)- A 48 hour or less turn around report detailing pertinent available government environmental records within a 1/4 mile radius of your Property. The report is prepared by and signed by an environmental professional.
Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA)- A 72 hour or less turn around report detailing pertinent available government environmental records within a 1/2 mile radius of your Property, as well as historical fire insurance maps, historical city directories and other historical info as available. The report meets all requirements of the Small Business Administration (SBA) and is prepared by and signed by an environmental professional.
Transaction Screen Assessment (TSA)- A 10 day or less turn around standard report following the ASTM Standard which involves a governmental records review, site visit, interviews, historical records search and preparation of the TSA report.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)- A 15 day or less turn around standard report following the ASTM standard which involves a governmental records review, interviews, review of historical documents, site visit and preparation of the Phase I ESA standard report.
Phase II Environmental Site Assessment- A 20 day or less turn around standard report following the ASTM standard which involves preparation of a detailed scope of work for necessary investigation (ie. drilling, sampling, underground location, asbestos and lead paint sampling, hazardous material survey, etc) and preparation of the Phase II ESA standard report.
Property Condition Assessment (PCA)- A standard report following the ASTM standard which involves researching the construction and permitting history of a commercial property, visiting, photographing and detailing the condition and maintenance history of all major building systems, determining the projected costs for maintenance and repair on a 12 year future schedule and preparation of a standard PCA report.
